Born in Mumbai, Shitanshu has lived in five countries and has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics. He is currently completing the MIB Double Degree program with the University of Mannheim, Germany, and Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, Canada. He brings an array of experience in corporate finance, risk analysis, research, business development and team leadership with a particular passion around the impact of culture on international business and it’s intersection with corporate global strategy. Shitansu is keen to bring his unique personal and professional experiences to contribute insights to Captains & Poets’ global market strategy. In his personal life, Shitanshu’s passion for his work is matched with his love of soccer.

Anna is from Austria and has studied and worked in Australia, Namibia, Germany, the United States, and Canada. Her impressive academic accomplishments and professional life include a degree in international business at Vienna University of Economics and Business and a degree in psychology from the University of Vienna alongside experience in the automotive industry, technology industry, non-profit sector, and in strategy consulting. Anna is now enrolled in the Double Degree program in Strategy, Innovation & Management Control at Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria, alongside the MIB at Queen’s University, Canada and is excited to be contributing to Captains & Poet’s global market strategy. Anna is passionate about harnessing the potential of teams and is interested in deepening her experience working with Artificial Intelligence.

Prior to the MIB program at Queen’s University, Joyce completed her undergrad in China at Southeast University Chengxian College and Fengchia University and then engaged in an exchange program in Singapore. She has practicum experience in finance, sales, marketing and data analytics and will soon be attending the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University to complete the MIB program and expand on her global perspective. Joyce’s own personal journey has inspired a passion for universal and equitable access to education and she is excited to contribute to the expansion and reach of Captains & Poets around the world.

Katie has a Bachelor of Commerce and following her passion for design also completed various courses in design fundamentals at Ryerson University. She joined the MIB at Queens University to further expand her business knowledge on a global level; soon travelling to Spain to complete the program at ESADE. Katie is most passionate about advertising/brand management and content marketing on an international level. She is looking forward to bringing her experience and creativity to contribute to Captain & Poet’s global market strategy. Katie is also an avid traveler and when at home her puppy keeps her active along with her passion for yoga and soccer.

Patrick began his university studies in China with a degree in accounting at the Harbin University of Commerce, then went on to Oslo at the BI Norwegian Business school and is now completing his MIB at Queens University in Canada. He has outstanding research skills and an interest in quantitative analysis and operational finance. Patrick will bring these experiences to help solidify Captains & Poets’ global market strategy. He is also musically gifted and, in his spare time, plays numerous instruments such as guitar and piano.
